Netvio – Website Terms of Use (U.S. Customers Only)

This website is intended for use only by approved electronic device resellers accompanied by a valid reseller tax exemption certificate. Netvio does not make any US tax declaration with responsibility placed on the reseller to disclose & pay tax liabilities as per state law.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
 

  • Products purchased via our website are shipped only to valid U.S. addresses.

  • Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Origin).
     

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

  • Products may only be returned under our authorized return process.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging unless otherwise stated.

  • Warranty is subject to verification of purchase and eligibility.
