Netvio Appoints Firstech as Exclusive Canadian Distributor
Netvio strengthens its presence in North America through an exclusive Canadian distribution partnership with Firstech, covering its complete portfolio of hardware and software solutions.
Netvio is pleased to announce the appointment of Firstech as its exclusive distributor for Canada, marking an important step in Netvio’s continued growth across Canada and the wider North American market.
Under the new agreement, Firstech will stock and distribute Netvio’s complete range of hardware and software solutions in Canada, providing dealers and integrators with local product availability, sales expertise and technical support.
The partnership brings together Netvio’s rapidly expanding portfolio of AV-over-IP, video distribution, control and networking solutions with Firstech’s established presence, technical expertise and strong dealer relationships across the Canadian market.
Building the Partnership
The announcement follows a visit last week by Derek Hulbert, Managing Director of Netvio, who spent several days working alongside the Firstech team.
The visit included product and commercial discussions, technical sessions and, importantly, the opportunity to speak directly with a number of Firstech dealers about their businesses, projects and expectations from the next generation of professional AV solutions.
“Spending time with the Firstech team and talking directly with their dealers reinforced why we believe this is the right partnership for Netvio,” said Hulbert.

Firstech will stock Netvio’s complete product range, bringing together AV-over-IP, video distribution, control and networking solutions within a single, integrated portfolio.
The partnership also comes at an exciting time for Netvio, with Firstech set to introduce Canadian dealers to a number of the company’s latest hardware and software launches. These include two new AV-over-IP solutions, further expanding Netvio’s next-generation 4K60 platform, together with the brand-new N1 Series networking switches.
