Netvio Warranty Terms & Conditions

Applies To: All Netvio-branded hardware products

1. Warranty Coverage

Netvio warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions, as defined by the most recent official Netvio documentation, for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase from an authorized Netvio reseller.

2. Advanced Replacement Period

If a product is deemed faulty within the first two (2) years of purchase, Netvio will offer an Advanced Replacement Service, subject to product availability and at Netvio’s sole discretion.

3. Proof of Purchase & Installation Grace Period

Warranty coverage is based on the original purchase date from an approved Netvio reseller.
A 90-day grace period is allowed for installation from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase, including date and source, must be provided for all warranty claims.

4. Online Purchases

Products purchased from unauthorized or non-approved online resellers are limited to a two (2) year warranty, with no advanced replacement, and are subject to verification of authenticity.

5. Warranty Remedy Procedure

Customers must first contact the original reseller or place of purchase to initiate any warranty claim.

Netvio reserves the right to diagnose and remedy reported faults through one or more of the following steps:

Remote troubleshooting
Firmware/software updates
Repair or replacement
Evaluation of installation conditions

Failure to cooperate with diagnostic steps, or any attempt to block or bypass Netvio’s standard remedy process, may result in the warranty being voided.

6. Replacement & Discontinued Products

If a faulty product is no longer available, Netvio reserves the right to:

Replace with a product of similar or greater specification, or
Provide a refund equal to the original purchase price (excluding taxes, shipping, or other fees)

7. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

Products used outside the defined scope or application outlined in official Netvio documentation.
Damage caused by:
- Improper installation or handling
- Use with incompatible devices or systems
- Acts of God (e.g., lightning, flood, fire)
- Accidents, abuse, or misuse
- Unauthorized modification or repair attempts

Any product that:
- Shows signs of excessive wear or cosmetic damage beyond normal use
- Has missing, altered, or defaced serial numbers
- Is returned in incomplete or non-original condition

In such cases, Netvio reserves the right to reject the claim or offer a pro-rated refund at its discretion.

8. Limitations of Liability

Netvio shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from product failure.
No compensation, installation labor, or third-party service costs are covered under this warranty.

9. Transferability

This warranty is transferable and not only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

10. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of the country in which the product was purchased. Any disputes arising from warranty claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that country.
