IMPORTANT PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT

The TS-13-10 touchscreen will be replaced by a more compact 10-inch version by the end of 2025. The 13-inch model will remain available only while stocks last.

The new replacement order code will be TS-10-10.

Audio & Video Control

With Netvio, audio and video control are combined into a single user interface, removing the cost and complexity of traditional control systems. The TS-13-10 makes it easy for users to manage sources, displays, and sound without extra processors or programming.

Now supporting an expanding range of third-party audio brands, Netvio delivers seamless integration alongside its own JP4 and HT2 solutions. From controlling DSPs and amplifiers to synchronizing sound with video walls, installers and end-users gain a simple, unified experience that’s fast to set up and cost-effective to deploy.

TS-13-10 Wiring Diagram
  • The TS-13-10 is supplied with a slim wall-mount plate for fixed installations, providing a clean, professional appearance. For environments where a tabletop presentation is preferred, the optional TS-MT-10 mount is available.

This angled mount allows the panel to sit on a desk, podium, or counter, giving installers and end-users more flexibility in how the panel is presented. Both options ensure the TS-13-10 integrates seamlessly into any venue design.

  • The panel is designed for flexible powering options. In most installations it will be powered via PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at), which allows both power and data to be delivered over a single network cable — reducing installation time and cabling requirements. The TS-13-10 is fully compatible with Netvio's SW Series switches.

For installations where PoE+ is not available, the TS-13-10 can also be powered with the included 12 V DC adapter, making it adaptable to a variety of environments.

  • Yes. The TS-13-10 is designed to be simple and fast to install, even for projects without advanced IT or control system programming. The panel ships with NetvioGo inclusive, meaning it comes ready to use straight out of the box.

Installers can power it directly via PoE+, allowing a single cable to provide both power and data, or use the included DC adapter if preferred.

Configuration is equally straightforward. With Netvio AppBuilder, installers can design and deploy custom interfaces without coding.

In most cases, setup takes just a few minutes: mount the panel, connect PoE+, and load the desired AppBuilder project. This streamlined approach eliminates the cost and complexity normally associated with traditional control systems.

  • The TS-13-10 was primarily designed to provide a robust, hardwired network connection, giving installers and end-users the most reliable control interface to complement other wireless devices in a Netvio system. By anchoring the control panel on Ethernet (PoE+), it ensures long-term stability in professional installations.

That said, the TS-13-10 also supports dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity, making it easy to deploy in spaces where running additional cabling is difficult or not possible. This flexibility means the panel can be adapted to a wide range of scenarios, from permanent professional venues to dynamic multi-room environments.

  • Yes. Because the TS-13-10 is Android powered, it supports an open architecture that allows third-party Android apps to be uploaded and run directly on the device. This flexibility makes it possible to integrate dedicated lighting and HVAC control apps alongside NetvioGo.

By combining these capabilities into a single panel, the TS-13-10 enables system designers to deliver a unified interface that manages both AV and environmental systems in one place — without the cost and complexity of a traditional control system.

  • Unlike consumer tablets such as iPads or Android devices, the TS-13-10 is purpose-built for commercial AV control. Its rugged design is made for harsher, high-use environments like hospitality, classrooms, and conference spaces.

Powered by PoE+ for a reliable hardwired connection, it avoids the charging and Wi-Fi issues common with consumer tablets. The TS-13-10 also features an onboard processor matched to NetvioGo, capable of handling multi-RTSP ContentPlus+ streams for live previews.

Combined with a five-year warranty and permanent mounting options, it delivers long-term reliability that consumer tablets cannot match.

  • The TS-13-10 is designed as a central control hub for a wide variety of AV systems and connected devices. Out of the box, it provides seamless control for:

    • Video Systems — Full management of Netvio JP4 AV-over-IP endpoints and HT2 extenders.

    • HDMI Input Sources — Switching and routing of laptops, media players, set-top boxes, and other HDMI devices.

    • 3rd Party Audio Systems — Integration with DSPs, amplifiers, and audio processors for volume, routing, and zone control.

    • Video Walls — Preset recall, layout management, and configuration up to 16x16.

    • Multiview — Control of custom multiview layouts for collaboration and monitoring.

And because the TS-13-10 is Android powered with open architecture, it can run additional third-party apps, enabling it to control virtually anything — including lighting, HVAC, and other building systems. This allows system designers to create a single, unified interface that goes well beyond the capabilities of a traditional AV control panel.

TS-MT-10

The TS-13-10 ships with a low-profile mounting plate, allowing quick and secure installation on most flat surfaces straight out of the box. This ensures a clean, professional finish with minimal setup.

For projects requiring a tabletop or angled presentation, the optional TS-MT-10 mount provides a versatile countertop solution. It features adjustable swivel and tilt angles, giving users enhanced flexibility to position the screen for optimal visibility in conference rooms, hospitality venues, or shared workspaces.

Additionally, the rear mounting plate of the TS-13-10 is fully compatible with VESA 80 and VESA 100 standards, enabling integration with a wide range of universal brackets and mounting systems.
